Salon Bailey's (now named Blow Inc Salon) opened on January 23, 2006 on Elm Street, in the heart of beautiful Downtown Greensboro. Salon Bailey's revolves around the idea of bringing the quality of Madison Avenue in New York City to Elm Street in Greensboro North Carolina.
