State Street Somatics

Due to last night's storms and unfinished roof work, all businesses in State Street Station sustained unfortunate water damage. State Street Somatics specifically is unscathed. Greensboro Massage and Bodywork and our shared lobby has flooding in multiple rooms and a collapse in the ceiling. Walking from business to business in State Street Station last night and witnessing the damage was heart breaking. The street level businesses had water pooling on their floors and serious damage to their property. Please consider supporting these businesses in the upcoming months 🙏

Thank you for 3 great years!

Somatics! This spiral centerpiece of my room was a deliberate choice to represent the internal journey of somatic work. The basis of somatics is ones own focus on their body's sensations and experiences including breath, tension and heart rate. The first step to regulation is self awareness of your own body's responses!

My book is full for the year so if we don't have an appointment scheduled, I will see you next year! Text me to be added to my cancellation list! I have holiday gift certificates as well if you want to give the gift of massage to your friends or family. Happy holidays! 😊🎅

If anyone knows anybody, please send my way! Waldo is timid and scared of grooming so he needs someone nurturing and patient 🙏

I have been getting back to work but wanted to officially announce I am open again 😊👐💆
