I had the honor of having 3 sessions with Phyllis during her clinical hours for Body Code Practitioner. Though she just completed her Body Code Certification she has been an Emotional Code Practitioner for over 8 years and so this training added to her already added expertise. I was amazed at the skill and changes in my body, though I feel that heeling is a life time journey the tools she offered had fantastic results for me. I recommend anyone give her a call and try it out because let’s face it we all have layers of old junk we could shed. Happy healing to you all. ❤️‍🩹🙏🦋

Phyllis Arnold:

Good morning, Kelly,

Hooray! It’s finally complete! How can I thank you enough for participating in my certification as a Body Code Practitioner.

It helps me add one more modality to my healing arts practice. As the benefits of our session together surface, I’d love to hear about them.

I’d be so grateful and honored, if you shared your positive benefits and comments with friends and family.

For a limited time, all my clients, new and old, can take advantage of an Introductory Package: Three 40 minute sessions for $200. Each session thereafter is $95.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Have a wonderful week,

This was such a hard thing to process as we moved from surviving to thriving… The way you used to operate was not WHO you are… It was who you NEEDED to be to survive. As you heal and grow… There are going to be so many changes. You will no longer need to operate in a lot of the ways you did. There is ALWAYS going to be collateral damage when fighting a war to survive. It’s a weird mix of grief and joy. Shedding layers of protection that only weigh you down now. They were heavy… But they kept you safe in that war of survival. You will look at them with compassion… Because they did what they needed to for you to make it to where you are today. The old you was a fierce warrior. But that war to survive is won. There will always be battles in life to fight… But those will require a new version of you. One that is not only fierce, but free. The old version will need to be left behind as you move forward to fight with the new tools and resources you now have. You no longer are surviving. You are on offense now… Not defense. You have different ways of approaching the battles. Ways that will keep you thriving. It’s not easy to leave behind the “old you”… But it’s worth it 🔥
