IT TAKES JUST SECONDS TO SHARE: A Georgia family is desperately trying to find 40-year-old James “Jimmy” Hammond.

James was last seen Friday in Fannin County, running near GA Highway 60 before heading southbound on foot.

His family believes he may have made his way toward Cobb County, and there is also concern he could be near Woody Gap or the Appalachian Trail.

James is described as a white male, about 195 pounds, with brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and khaki shorts.

His family says they are worried he may be in trouble and are asking people in the surrounding counties, especially anyone who spends time on or around the Appalachian Trail, to please keep an eye out.

If you see James or have any information about where he may be, please call 911.
