While doing hair is my career and something I absolutely LOVE, photography has always held a special little place in my heart. It’s strictly a hobby of mine, but there’s just something about capturing moments that people will get to cherish for a lifetime.

Today, I get to step away from the salon and pick up my camera for something extra special. My cousin is marrying his best friend, and I have the absolute honor of capturing some of the memories from their big day! 🥹💍

From making people feel beautiful in my chair to capturing beautiful moments through my lens, I feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to do both.

So today, the shears are down, the camera is out, and we’re celebrating LOVE! 🤍

I want to be clear about something: your happiness with your hair matters to me, and respectful communication does, too.

As your stylist, I give every appointment my best effort. I listen to your goals, explain your options, and work within your budget while being honest about what is realistically achievable. If you leave feeling that your concerns weren’t heard or your results didn’t meet what we discussed, please bring that to my attention and give me the opportunity to address it.

Inspiration pictures are always welcome, but they are a starting point. Your hair’s history, condition, texture, and starting color all affect the outcome. Some goals require multiple appointments, and some may compromise the health of your hair. When I explain those limitations, I’m using my professional training to help you make an informed decision.

I completed 1,500 hours of cosmetology education and continue investing in education beyond state requirements. When I explain what will or won’t work—or what comes with a particular service—that guidance comes from training and experience.

You are allowed to be disappointed, ask questions, and express concerns. I ask that you do so respectfully. Insults, personal attacks, harassment, and abusive interactions are boundaries I will not allow to be crossed.

As outlined in my policy, I do not offer refunds. However, I will do my best to address service concerns within the terms of my adjustment policy. Adjustments address concerns with the agreed-upon service; they do not cover a change of mind afterward.

I extend patience, honesty, and grace to my clients, and I expect the same respect in return. I’m always willing to have a respectful conversation and work toward a solution.

I will end interactions that become disrespectful or abusive. 🤍

She came in completely gray and completely OVER IT. 😂

So we went for the full overhaul. 🤯 A whole lotta highlights, a whole lotta lowlights, and some strategic placement later… LOOK. AT. THAT. DIMENSION. 😮‍💨🤎

We brought depth back in, brightened her up, and completely transformed her color while still keeping everything blended and natural-looking.

From “I’m over this gray” to “THAT’S more like it.” 👏🏼
