It's been 2 months since I stepped off the ledge and made Relaxology my only "Job". It was scary but nothing has been more rewarding. We are growing and reaching more people everyday. I absolutely love what I'm doing. Being able to craft my environment to help clients feel safe, heard, valued, and nurtured is pure JOY for my heart.

There are 26 muscles in the feet. Walking without shoes strengthens them like nothing else. Barefoot walking has so many benefits these are just a few. But be careful with your tootsies... know your path and listen to your body. :)
