I love applying dry shampoo to clean, day one hair so it’s already there to help absorb excess oil and sweat as they show up, rather than waiting until my roots already feel greasy. This can be especially helpful during perimenopause or menopause if hot flashes and increased sweating are making it harder to keep your hair feeling fresh between wash days.
