Hello to all my lovely clients! ✨
I wanted to let everyone know of my new cancellation policy to support my ability to continue providing amazing hair services to my wonderful clients. Unfortunately when I experience last minute cancellations and no-show appointments, I lose money on both chair rent and the missed services I could have provided. Additionally, other clients in need of an appointment miss out on an opportunity. To support my ability to have this career and your ability to make appointments when you need them, I am implementing this cancellation policy. I hope you can understand and support me as I continue to grow my business. Thank you! 🩷
