28 days…. 28 opportunities to show up for myself.

This challenge reminded me that consistency will always beat perfection. Some days were easy, and some days I was navigating a Crohn’s flare, recovering from an herbal peel, running my spa, teaching my students, and simply doing my best.

But I showed up anyway.

The biggest lesson? Progress happens when you stay committed—even when life gets messy. Every video, every treatment, every post was a reminder that growth happens one day at a time.

Thank you to everyone who watched, commented, encouraged me, and glowed alongside me. Your support meant more than you know. 💙
