Art isn’t just something to look at—it’s a physical practice (mindful art therapy). 🌿✨
If you’ve been on my table, you know my entire practice is built around one goal: bringing your nervous system out of “fight or flight” and back into deep, restorative rest (somatic healing and stress relief). But I wanted to give you a way to take that feeling home.
Behind the scenes, I’ve been merging my fine arts background with my somatic work to create a very special, limited-edition project (nervous system regulation art). This is the first piece of my “Nervous System Collection.”
I chose orchids for resilience and moths for the gentle, quiet pursuit of light (botanical illustration and sacred geometry). The symmetry is intentionally designed to help down-regulate an overwhelmed mind.
I’ll be releasing high-quality, single art prints of this collection soon, complete with the hidden symbolism behind each piece, meant for your own coloring and art ritual at home (therapeutic coloring for adults).

I loved this little reminder. 🌿

It’s so easy to feel like we should be doing more, accomplishing more, healing faster, figuring things out sooner—or already be at the next version of ourselves.

But maybe we’re allowed to just be where we are.

Late summer feels like a beautiful time to practice that. Enjoy the warm evenings. Take the walk. Sit outside a little longer. Eat something delicious. Rest when you’re tired. Let something wait until tomorrow.

Be proud of the quiet work nobody else sees.

And maybe be a little gentler with the person you’re becoming.

Massage can be part of that too—not another thing you should do, but a place where you don’t have to accomplish anything at all.

Just get comfortable, breathe, and let your body be cared for for a while. 💛
