Taylor was nominated by the HudSun team, and the responses were consistent across the board! She takes initiative without being asked, gets things done, and always puts care into what she does. When someone needs a shift covered, she’s one of the first to step up. On top of all that, she brings such great energy every day. 🤍

✨ INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT: LINDSAY ✨

Meet Lindsay, one of the newest additions to our HudSun Studio team! 🤍

Lindsay will be teaching 45-minute Yoga Sculpt, a high-energy, full-body class that combines yoga-inspired movement with strength and cardio.

Her classes focus on intentional movement, smooth transitions, and proper form, with modifications and options available for different ability levels. Lindsay brings plenty of energy, encouragement, and enthusiasm to every class! 💪
