So Day 19 was a dayy. I tried the new Rock With It Variation…. Didn’t get yet😩 but I’m get back on it tomorrow. So before I all the way quit I found this routine from thanks to I got a video done.

The schedule for the next 3 weeks!!! This week is a regular week, come as you are!! Then next week (week of the 19th) is our Pink Week. Wear pink for all classes. The following week after that (week of the 26th) is our Spirit Week. Monday the 26th wear for favorite sports shirt or jersey. Wednesday will be our Orange, Purple, and Black day!!! So much fun ahead!! See y’all soon🫶🏾💃🏾
Day 18 of stepping until The Master Experience…. My intrusive thoughts told me it was ok to skip today because it was raining and gloomy outside. But then it stopped, so I took that as a kick in the butt. I got out my comfy bed and put my sneakers on. Today I visited Joi Reid in CT🔥🔥🔥 That reverse shuffle to the turn shuffle😅😅😅 Regardless I pulled my step out💅🏾
I almost forgot to post but I got Day 17 done before the homecoming festivities!! Stepped with the GOAT Phillip Weeden TMT on the streaming app!! Definitely seeing the progress 🧑🏾🩰🥰
Day 16 of pulling out my step errrrday until The Master Experience. This time I visited Dontaye G in Michigan. He always has the good combos. Follow him on YouTube for at home step classes.
