Regina Brows-Natural Brow Expert

This client has been a regular client for a while. I recently came across her before photo from her first visit so I made sure I took a picture of her most recent appointment this week.

AND WOW!

What a difference.

I do what I do. I know how to do what I do. I know brows can get better. But I am sometimes still amazed by how much a brow can transform. Specifically how it can transform under my care, utilizing my mapping strategies and design philosophy.

I think I may do a video walk-through of the transformation, explaining what I saw in the before brow that allowed me to achieve the results we have in the after.

This is a perfect example of how little a brow has to change to show huge improvement. You could easily maintain the existing brow lines as they are and be pleased.

But I’m always looking at the brow as a whole. Where most artists may look at a brow like this and remove and cut a few hairs to fit the lines they see, I identify if the brows lines are better growing back a few rows or a few hairs. Just because we don’t see holes or a misshaped brow, doesn’t mean the brow can’t change by “growing it back in”. Even very subtle changes can be very noticeable.

You can see that growing back the top a couple rows, the brow line is fuller and the natural arch is bulked up. Add to that the couple hairs in the front corner, and we have e a very fluid angle and full brow.

Often times skinny brows get passed over and looked at as being “not great brows”. But the reality is ALL eyebrows are good.

If your brows are naturally skinny and more sparse, that’s because it’s what looks best on your face. The reason they aren’t “good” isn’t because they’re skinny. It’s because of the shape.

I wanted to share a small sample of some skinny brows I’ve done. I want to show you how they started and how they have evolved. See how much better they are in the after, but note how they’re still skinny and sparse.

When Brows are done properly…no matter their size…they can still have the characteristics that make Brows great. And that’s the fullness. fluffiness. and wispiness. Even skinny brows can can be fluffy. When you have the right shape and the right placement, Brows sits better and look better. And it’s still a skinny brow…a beautiful brow.

I love doing men’s Brows.

I don’t do enough of them, so I love when I have the opportunity.

My style of man brow is not a really defined or arched version. I like to make them more boxy and less arched. I can do a more arched version, but that would be upon request.
