Today, I got to talk to one of my recurring clients about the lymphatic system, and how beneficial it is to have additional lymph pushed through the circulatory system for aid in detoxification, inflammation reduction, and boosting the body’s natural defenses! My client was convinced that this was the best option for today, and opted to give my Lymphatic+ Service a try!

Lymphatic+ at Renew Wellness Studio is a 90 minute session that begins with a gentle posterior massage that then moves into draining the lymphatic system. It’s calming to the central nervous system, increases circulation, and aids more in the drainage process once it begins!
