A little holiday-season housekeeping 🤎

After 10+ years of doing nails, I’ve learned a LOT—not just about nails, but about running a business.

And if I’m being honest, some of the lessons came from mistakes I made myself. I’ve been way too understanding, way too flexible, and sometimes I’ve absorbed the cost of cancellations, no-shows, reschedules, and empty appointment times just to avoid making things uncomfortable.

But this year, I’m doing things a little differently.

October–December is a busy season for everyone, and while I’m incredibly grateful to be the person you trust with your holiday nails, I also need to make sure that this business is sustainable for me.

So I’m putting a few new boundaries in place, including deposits and a stricter cancellation/rescheduling policy.

I know talking about money and policies isn’t always the most comfortable thing—and I don’t want these changes to come across as anything other than what they are: me learning, growing, and putting healthier boundaries around the business I’ve worked so hard to build.

I love my clients. I appreciate every appointment, every referral, every share, every tip, every kind message, and every year you’ve continued to choose me. 🥹🤎

These changes aren’t personal. They’re business.

And after 10+ years, I’m finally learning that I can be grateful for my clients AND stand on business. ✨
