+ FREE Steam treatment just because she said her mama said I be fussing when they don’t do right 😆
I do not post most kids because they are the main ones who don’t listen and the internet is mean! Kids hair break off the fastest if not properly cared for. Yall have to stop pushing “natural is healthier” on people. Everybody doesn’t enjoy having kinky curly hair. Everybody can’t manage natural hair either. I would say, do what works for you and keep your comments about other people kids to yourself.
Respectfully,

Stepped out on faith in 2018, left my full time job, left my regular clients in Donaldsonville, walked away from top salary pay, assistant manager position (was training to be a general manager) to move to Gonzales, LA and start over & do hair only.
I created my website that week, created this social media page, opened my books to the public & really been busy & booked since then
Back then, websites weren’t too popular. Everybody told me “nobody will book on the website” “nobody will pay a deposit” “you have to raise your prices to afford to be in another shop”
I served 10 years in Donaldsonville to now currently serving 8 years in Gonzales as a relaxed hair specialist and guess what??? I came here charging 30 and $40 and still charge $40 for my top service!!!
one income, no “side job”
Looking back at it, it’s crazy how I manifested this life, this growth and this moment with no guidance. I always said “I don’t want to do hair full time” when I felt like I wouldn’t get clients if I said “NO” to what’s trending or to doing natural hair, I still made it. I still flourished and I’m still standing on business doing what I want to do.
God has truly blessed me ♥️
To anyone who may be feeling discouraged or stuck, just keep going and follow your dreams. Trust God, he will guide you and lead you
The people who are for you, will find you! Every client I had to decline, every client I outgrew, every client I service gets the Gabe that struggled to get here without jeopardizing her career, her safety or her integrity and I love that for me.
I can do any style on any head. I can do natural hair, relaxed hair, men braids, twist and I can also do kids. I can do wigs or braids (it might not be the best but I can) I’m saying all of that to say, I am talented. I CAN do anything, I CHOOSE to do what I do and that’s why I am one of the best at it. Focusing on relaxed hair and maintaining is my specialty and that’s what I feel I want to keep striving for … being special and talented by educating women and young adults on how to wear protective styles while still being able to wear your real hair ♥️
This is the life of a stylist,
