I’m looking for a part-time Salon & Content Assistant to join us at Innerbloom Beauty! 🤍

As IB continues to grow, I’m realizing I need an extra set of hands behind the scenes so I can focus more on my clients, my team, and growing the business without trying to do absolutely everything myself. 🫶🏼

I’m looking for someone who is dependable, organized, creative, and loves all things beauty, social media, and content creation!

What you’ll be doing:
🤍 Helping keep the salon clean, organized, and stocked
🤍 Daily upkeep like sweeping, wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and keeping our space looking its best
🤍 Filming content of our stylists, services, team, and everyday salon life
🤍 Creating and editing Instagram Reels and TikToks
🤍 Helping capture behind the scenes moments, transformations, and fun things happening at IB
🤍 Assisting with little projects and things that help keep our business running smoothly

The details:
✨ Part-time: 2 days per week
✨ Approximately 8 AM–3 PM, with some flexibility
✨ Located in downtown Goldsboro

You don’t have to be a professional content creator, but you should be comfortable using social media, have a creative eye, and be excited to learn!

I’m looking for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to the little details, and can jump in wherever they’re needed. Bonus points if you love beauty, aesthetics, and making content!

As I continue to grow as an esthetician, learn new techniques, and bring new products and treatments into the treatment room (including my new Lira Clinical skincare line!! 🥹), I want to be able to give my clients the BEST of both worlds: results driven skincare AND the relaxing, feel good experience you know and love about Innerbloom.

Starting November 1st, our facial menu is getting a little simpler!

☁️ The Feel Good Facial | $100 • For my clients who just want to relax, enjoy a good facial, get all the massages, and leave feeling refreshed.

☁️ 60 & 90 Minute Custom All Inclusive Facials

YOU don’t have to decide what your skin needs before booking. I’ll analyze your skin and customize your treatment based on what it needs that day. Dermaplaning, LED, enzymes, mild peels, hydrofacial, and other appropriate treatments are included in your price. NO extra charges for add-ons! All while still getting all that massage you love so much! If you have had a facial with me, trust me none of that will change 🥰

Of course, our more advanced peel treatments and head spa will still be offered separately!

My goal is to take the guesswork out of skincare so you can come in, relax, and trust that your skin is in good hands. 🫶🏼

I’m so excited for this next chapter of facials at IB, and I can’t wait for y’all to experience it!
