Do your research, choose a qualified surgeon, make the decision that’s right for YOUR body… and stop letting everyone else’s opinion make it for you.

The reason I take care of my body. The reason I prioritize my health. The reason I chase big goals. The reason I make time for myself, even when life is busy.

I don’t want my kids to grow up watching their mom put herself last. I want them to see a woman who takes care of everyone she loves and knows she’s worth taking care of, too.

You can love yourself AND still want to change something. Both can be true. 🤷🏼‍♀️💗

I didn’t hate my b***s. I didn’t hate my body. I just… wanted new b***s 😂

And honestly, I think the same applies to aesthetics. Wanting Botox, filler, or any other treatment doesn’t automatically mean you’re insecure.

Sometimes you just like the ✨after✨ better.

And I think we should be allowed to say that without having to justify it.
