Ever sit down at your desk on Monday morning and realize your brain apparently didn’t come to work with you? 😴☕
Before you write off the entire day, try a few simple ways to get yourself moving:
🎯 Pick your TOP 3. Instead of staring at an overwhelming to-do list, choose the three things that actually need your attention today.
⏱️ Work in focused blocks. Give one task your full attention for 25–45 minutes, then take a short break. Put the phone away and close the tabs you don’t need.
🚶 GET UP. A quick walk, a few stretches or even a lap around the office can break up long periods of sitting and help you feel more alert.
