A card on file or non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the service price is required to book an appointment. I reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 50% of the service price to the card on file due to cancellation with under 24 hour notice. I reserve the right to charge 100% of the service price to the card on file due to not showing for an appointment. I require these fees to be paid before booking future services. Unconfirmed appointments without communication within 24 hours of scheduled time may be subject to cancellation. Arrival 15+ minutes after scheduled appointment time may result in loss of service and fee may be incurred.

Just a little reminder to keep things smooth, respectful, and drama-free 💅
💳 Booking:
A card on file or a non-refundable retainer (50% of your service) is required to secure your appointment.
⏰ Cancellations:
Things come up — I get it! But please note:
•Less than 24-hour notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.
•No-shows: 100% of the service price will be charged.
Fees must be paid in order to rebook and future appointments will be paused.
💬 Communication:
If your appointment isn’t confirmed within 24 hours of your scheduled time, it may be canceled to open space for another client.
🕒 Lateness:
Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in loss of service and fee.
💋 Why it matters:
These policies are in place to respect MY time and YOURS — and to keep things fair for everyone.
