This is my dupe on a popular laundry detergent that you can pronounce ALL the ingredients.

Think about this for a minute —you do your laundry and it absorbs residue from the ingredients. Then you cover your skin with them all day. Most store bought detergents have optical brighteners, fragrances, and chemicals that don’t belong on your clothes. They can irritate your skin and cause hormone disruptions.

All the ingredients in my detergent you should be familiar with except for the star of the show. Soap Nuts. Also known as soap berries, which are high in saponin, making it the perfect surfactant for cleaning cloths. Designed for sensitive skin, baby cloths, cloth diapers.

Just pre-treat your stains as you normally would and then launder as normal.

Sharing my recipe because it’s incredibly easy to make your own magnesium mist. If you don’t want take the time purchase all the ingredients and make your own, you can order some for me that’s ready to go.

Equal parts of magnesium chloride flakes to distilled water.
Exp. 1 C. distilled water : 1 C Mg flakes.
About 15 drops of essential oil of choice.
If you’re using essential oil, you’ll wanna use a carrier oil such as castor oil or jojoba oil. I use about 20 drops of carrier oil in a 4 ounce bottle.
