The Locker Room Skincare Guide:
"Parents of athletes, don't let locker room bacteria follow your child home!”🎒🛡️
Bacteria and sweat trapped in sports gear can lead to unwanted breakouts and skin irritation. Here is a quick 3-step routine to help them stay fresh:
1️⃣ Wipe it down: Keep antibacterial wipes in their gym bag for helmets and chin straps.
2️⃣ Separate the sweat: Use a dedicated bag for sweaty clothes to keep them away from clean skin.
3️⃣ Post-practice cleanse: Remind them that washing their face immediately after practice is the best defense against 'mask-ne' from helmets.
Healthy habits start now! 👑✨

📝Parents of Athletes.....Fall sports are here!
Your child's skin health is more susceptible to certain skin problems.
Athlete's foot is a skin condition. Walking around in the locker room, it's given that they can develop this condition. Locker room showers, not wearing socks, or flip flops will enhance the condition.
The locker room is a breeding ground for bacteria. Talk to them about not sharing towels.
Stay on top of your children's skin care routine.
If your child has acne, please stay on top of this condition.
Acne loves oily skin.
Athletes sweat more.
Encourage your teenager to shower and wash their face.
Football players tend to sweat around the hairline. This can lead to skin irritation. Also, the protective gear can cause skin to chaff from rubbing against it.
These are a few tips I wanted to share!
*If you would like to invite me to speak to your sports team about skin health, I would love to connect.

📚✏️ Back to School Skincare Tips! ✨
🍎Middle and High School Student🍎
Hey students! As you gear up for the new school year, don’t forget to keep your skin healthy and glowing. Here are the top 5 skincare tips to start your year right:
1️⃣ Keep Your Face Clean
Wash your face twice daily with a gentle cleanser to remove dirt, oil, and makeup. Clean skin = clearer skin!
2️⃣ Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Hydrated skin looks fresh and feels better!
3️⃣ Use Sunscreen Daily
Even on cloudy days, protect your skin from UV rays. SPF 30 or higher is your best friend!
4️⃣ Don’t Skip Moisturizer
Keep your skin moisturized to prevent dryness and irritation. Choose a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer.
5️⃣ Get Enough Sleep & Eat Well
Healthy skin starts from the inside out. Aim for 8 hours of sleep and eat a balanced diet.
Let’s make this school year your best (and clearest) one yet! 💙✨

🎉✨ As my birthday approaches, I wanted to share a little skincare wisdom with my amazing friends and followers! Whether you're in your teens or enjoying your golden years, taking care of your skin is a lifelong journey. Here are a few skincare tips to keep you glowing at every age!
1️⃣ Never Skip Sunscreen☀️
Protect your skin from UV damage every day! Rain or shine! Sunscreen helps prevent premature aging and skin cancer.
2️⃣ Stay Hydrated & Moisturized💧
Water is your best friend! Keep your skin plump and radiant by drinking plenty of water and using a moisturizer suitable for your skin type.
3️⃣ Cleanse Gently & Regularly🧼
Remove dirt, makeup, and pollutants daily to prevent breakouts and dullness. Use a gentle cleanser that suits your skin's needs and know your skin type! Establish a consistent skincare routine. Consistency is the key!!!!
4️⃣ Incorporate Anti-Aging & Brightening Product🧴
In your 20s and beyond, consider serums with antioxidants or retinoids to boost collagen and reduce fine lines.
5️⃣ Prioritize Skin Nutrition 🍎🚶🏾♀️🛌
A balanced diet, regular exercise, and sufficient sleep work wonders for your skin’s health at any age!
6️⃣Regular Professional Skincare Treatments
Invest in professional treatments like facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and other treatments, etc. ( Can’t list them all, just a few that help with skin concerns)
🚨Many people misuse ingredients! Get you an esthetician that is knowledgeable about skin type, ingredients, and can educate you beyond the treatment room and incorporate a plan for you at home, that’s where the true results show. Not just in one treatment. Toodles…🤏🏾
Here's to healthy, happy skin at every stage of life! 🥂💖 Thanks for being part of my journey! Stay radiant! ✨
