October is Dysautonomia Awareness Month 💙

Something most of my clients probably don’t know about me is that I live with dysautonomia. It’s something that has become a part of my everyday life, even though you may never know it while sitting in my chair.

My journey has included fainting, dizziness, heart rate and blood pressure changes, migraines, fatigue, brain fog, and days where simply getting through the day takes a little more out of me. Thankfully, I’ve learned so much about my body and how to manage my symptoms along the way. 💙

One of the biggest things this journey has taught me is that you truly never know what someone is going through behind the scenes. Someone can show up smiling, working, laughing, and doing what they love while quietly dealing with something you can’t see.

I’m so thankful that I’m able to continue doing what I love—making my clients feel beautiful and confident—while also learning to take care of myself. 🥹🤍
