So grateful for all the support (physical, emotional, monetary, 'good vibes') that went into a wonderful charity event yesterday. We raised over $600 for two worthy grief support charities. The simple goal is to make life better for each other by coming together. We did that. painintopurpose. 👊🏽

Honor a legacy - Celebrate the legacy of someone who has passed yet has left a legacy on your life and dedicate your ride to them! This could be anyone who passed from an illness, accident, or simply the circle of life. It's often taboo to talk about people that have passed. At this event we celebrate as we remember. Come as you are or bring pictures, T-shirts, or even body paint to represent the legacy you are riding for!

Live your best life - through a one-hour, heart pumping, high energy, low impact, music filled indoor cycling class. You will sing, you will 'dance', you will sweat!

Pay it forward - all proceeds go to The Compassionate Friends, a non-profit grief support group.
