Beauty has no age — and thoughtful aesthetic treatment is never one-size-fits-all. ✨
For this patient, my focus was on creating a more rested, lifted and balanced appearance while keeping the result entirely her own.
Her treatment plan incorporated full-face Botox®, including the platysma and neck to support the jawline, along with Juvéderm® placed strategically using MD Codes™ techniques through the temples, eye area, chin and jawline to restore balance, support and contour.
Her cheeks had already been treated in previous sessions, providing the foundation to continue building upon her results.
My goal is never to change a face. It is to understand the anatomy, assess the face as a whole, and identify where support is needed to create balance and refinement while preserving the individuality of the patient.

Sometimes the answer on the forehead is not more units of Botox.
Over time, we lose volume in the forehead, especially in the lower area just above the brow. When that support is gone, adding more Botox doesn't fix it. And I can only get so close to the brow before it starts to drop.
In those cases, a little hyaluronic acid gel, like Juvéderm, can restore that support so the area looks smoother and your Botox can actually do its job.
It's not right for everyone. That's what a consult is for.
The learning never stops — and I wouldn’t want it to. 🤍
I continue to invest in advanced training because my patients deserve the safest, most thoughtful, most up-to-date care I can give them.
Aesthetics is constantly evolving, and staying educated means continuing to refine my technique, deepen my understanding of anatomy, and bring better outcomes back to the treatment room.
There is always more to learn — and I’ll always keep looking for ways to become a better injector for my patients. ✨
If you have a big event coming up, don’t wait until the week before to book your Botox. ✨
For weddings, photos, vacations, reunions, or anything else you want to feel extra confident for, I usually recommend scheduling your Botox about 6 weeks ahead of time.
Botox doesn’t work overnight. It takes time to fully kick in and settle, and planning ahead gives us time to see your final result, check your movement, and make any small adjustments if needed.
The goal is to have you feeling refreshed and confident by the time your event arrives — not wondering if your Botox will kick in on time. 🤍
Have something big coming up? Save this as your reminder to get on the schedule early.

Booking a treatment is a starting point - not a prescription.
Sometimes what you think you need isn’t actually what will give you the best result. “I look tired” doesn’t automatically mean under-eye filler. “My lips look smaller” doesn’t always mean more lip filler.
That’s why I assess first and treat second.
We may talk through a different treatment, a different area, a different timeline — or decide that doing nothing right now is the best plan.
My job isn’t to simply give you what you booked. It’s to help you understand what makes sense for your face, your goals, and your anatomy.
Consult first. Treat second. 🤍
September = skin season. ✨
As summer winds down, this is when I start having more conversations about sun spots, uneven texture, and the changes our skin picked up during months of beach days, pool days, and extra sun exposure.
For many patients, September is a great time to shift the focus back to skin and start planning treatments like lasers.
Then comes October — when we can start thinking ahead to treatments like JUVÉDERM® and Botox® so everything has time to settle beautifully before the holiday season.
The takeaway? Don’t wait until the holidays to start thinking about your holiday skin.
September is for skin. 🤍
Ready to make a plan? Schedule your consultation and we’ll figure out what makes sense for your skin, your goals, and your timeline.
The best treatment plan isn’t always the biggest treatment plan.
During a consult, we may talk through the “perfect world” plan—skincare, in-office treatments, filler, Botox, and everything that could potentially help you reach your goals.
But then we make it fit YOUR life.
Your priorities. Your comfort level. Your timeline. Your budget.
Sometimes that means Plan A. Sometimes it means Plan B or C. And sometimes the right answer is something completely different.
The goal is never to make you look “done.” It’s to help you look refreshed, rested, and like you feel good—while giving you enough information to make the decision that feels right for you.
That’s what a real consultation should do. 🤍

Subtle doesn’t mean insignificant.
This patient’s treatment plan focused on creating more support, balance, and harmony across the face rather than changing any one feature dramatically by using a technique I learned from .
In the follow-up photos, you can see a smoother midface transition, a more supported lower face, and an overall result that still looks completely natural to her.
That’s the goal: not to make you look “done,” but to create a thoughtful plan based on your anatomy, proportions, and what will actually serve your face.
Every treatment plan is individualized. Results vary.
What you see is the syringe. What matters is the thinking behind it.
Aesthetic treatment should be intentional from the start — considering your facial structure, your goals, and what will actually create the most balanced result for you.
No trend-chasing. No one-size-fits-all approach. Just thoughtful planning, intentional treatment, and a plan built around your face.
If needles make you nervous, your appointment shouldn’t feel like something you just have to “push through.” 🤍
We can slow down, use topical numbing or ice, take breaks, and stop whenever you need to. You’re in control of the visit from beginning to end.
Because a good result matters — but so does how you feel while we’re getting there.
Your comfort is part of the treatment plan.
