Ladies, do you struggle with insomnia? Massage therapy can help! Massage lowers cortisol while it boosts your serotonin and dopamine levels. Rhythmic Massage strokes activate the vagus nerve and help your nervous system switch out of "fight or flight" mode. Clinical studies have shown that receiving regular, relaxing massages will increase Delta sleep waves. This is when your body enters it's deepest, most restorative sleep. Dm or text me today so we can set up a time that works best for you. I have availability next week, Monday through Friday
