North Texas Giving Day!

Hi everyone,

Most of you know me through the salon, but many of you have also followed another part of my life that has become incredibly important to me—the work we're building through R.E.C. Treatment Center.

Over the past year, I've shared pieces of this journey with many of you from behind the chair. What started as an idea has grown into a fully licensed nonprofit treatment center serving individuals impacted by substance use and the justice system.

This year, we launched our first treatment program inside the Rockwall County Jail. We've now celebrated our first graduating cohort, started our second cohort, and officially begun providing outpatient treatment to individuals in the community. We're also beginning to receive referrals through probation departments across North Texas and exploring opportunities to bring our in-jail program into another county next year.

It's been pretty incredible to watch something that once existed on paper begin impacting actual lives.

On September 17, R.E.C. is participating in North Texas Giving Day, and I wanted to personally invite my salon family to be part of it.

And I want to make your gift go twice as far.

I will personally match donations made by my salon clients, dollar-for-dollar!

So if you give $25, I'll give another $25.
If you give $50, I'll give another $50.
Together, we can turn $1,000 in support into $2,000 for R.E.C. Treatment Center.

There is absolutely no pressure to give. Many of you have supported me and encouraged me for years, and that means more than you know. If you would like to participate, however, I would be incredibly grateful.
