we will provide the sound and vibration; you bring your intention; and together, we will get our nervous systems to decompress and our minds to unwind.

we asked Rachel the other day what we could expect – and here are the notes we took:

☀️with the sun in Leo, this is about connecting with this energy and stepping into the power of strength, courage and the fullness of our being.
