Saint Ritual

work.
emails.
meetings.
errands.
MORE errands.
groceries.
school drop-offs.
homework.
practices.
games.
dinner.
dishes.
laundry.
the dog.
the house project you still need to finish.
the appointment you almost forgot.
the text you still need to answer.
and whatever else found its way onto your plate this week.

yeah. we’re putting ALL of that down for 90 minutes on Sunday.

come lie down. get quiet, and let the bowls do their thing.

this Sunday, we’re settling in and letting the sound do *all* the work. ✨

consider this your permission slip to get quiet, soften the edges, give your mind + body a little room to exhale, and do absolutely nothing for an hour.

sound bath curious? wander over to Megan Poakeart | Meditation | Yoga | Sound Healing for a little preview of what she’ll be bringing to Saint Ritual this Sunday, September 27th at 2 pm.

consider this your permission slip.

use the good candle. buy the crystal you can’t stop thinking about. pull another card. make the tea. romanticize the Tuesday.

the little things count, too.

small acts of magic. we fully support them. ✨ xx

✨ PICK A CARD — THEN SWIPE FOR YOUR MESSAGE ✨

We’re pulling from one of the most unique decks at saint ritual today. 🔮

This deck takes the familiar language of tarot and reimagines it through the body — turning intuition, emotion, strength, growth, and inner knowing into imagery you can feel as much as interpret.

Instead of overthinking it, trust your first instinct.

Choose the card you’re immediately drawn to:
1 • 2 • 3 • 4

Then swipe to reveal your card + the message waiting for you. ✨

You may find The Magician, Queen of Eyes, Nine of Feet, or Strength — each offering a different reminder about where you are and what you may need to hear right now.

And if this deck speaks to you, it’s available at saint ritual. Come see it in person, flip through the cards, and find the deck that feels like yours.

Trust your body. Trust the message. ✨

Which number did you choose? 👇

years ago, my mentor Ellen Whitehurst gave me a piece of advice I have never forgotten:

“if the universe sees you constantly busy taking care of everyone but you, she will keep delivering more opportunities to do exactly that.”

which makes me think self-care isn’t simply about what feels good; it is also instruction.

every time you make time for yourself, tend to yourself, spend a little money on yourself, or put something pleasurable on the calendar simply because you want to… you are showing the universe what you are available for.

and perhaps what you’d like more of.

which feels like a very good reason to spend an afternoon with us at Saint Ritual. 😉

goddess glow | intentional self-care 🦋 is joining us this Sunday for a hands-on body scrub workshop where you’ll slow down, make something deliciously indulgent for yourself, and leave with a ritual you can keep reaching for long after the afternoon is over.

because taking good care of yourself shouldn’t be the thing you squeeze in once everyone and everything else has been handled.

sometimes, it gets to be the appointment.

come make yours with us. ✨ Sunday, September 20 | 1 pm | here at Saint Ritual.

never worked with a pendulum before?

good. this class is for you.

this Sunday, we’re starting at the very beginning: how to choose a pendulum, how to hold it, how to connect with it, how to find your yes / no / maybe, what questions to ask (and how to ask them), and so much more!

Joanna Rattan is also providing every person in the workshop with a starter pendulum to learn with + take home, so you don’t need to bring a thing.

just yourself and your curiosity.

Dowsing for Beginners with Joanna Jaworska
