I just got my refill from the brand I’ve been using for my wash days. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and I really love it.

When you live with chronic illness, everything becomes about simplicity. It’s hard to mix my own hair masks and keep adding extras to conditioners to target my hair’s needs.

So I came across , a company that creates formulas specifically for your hair. You complete a detailed survey and need to know your hair well (which I do 😉).

Fun fact: I received my cosmetology license at 19 and did hair, nails, and facials for a few years before going back to school for business.

These products have been working great for me and make wash days much easier. They’re a little pricey, but since the formulas are customized for each person’s haircare needs, it’s worth it. 🫶🏾✌🏾

Today was rough nonstop pain. I decided to use some Epsom salt and take a warm bath.🛁

I always prepare beforehand so everything I need is within reach. That part is important because I don’t want to risk falling while I’m in excruciating pain.

The pain has eased some now, and I’m just praying I can get some sleep tonight.💤

This is what fighting 🥊🥊fibromyalgia flare-ups is like..

Living with fibromyalgia makes even the smallest tasks feel enormous. I’ve learned how to navigate life while in pain there isn’t a day I feel completely free of it.

Still, I remain thankful each day. When I get a lower-pain day, I try to enjoy it and accomplish what I can without overdoing it.

What keeps me going is my trust in Jehovah, knowing he will not allow me to face more than I can bear. That gives me the strength to stay joyful and keep pushing through, confident that better days are ahead.

Unfiltered- Extreme Chronic Pain Day

I woke up with a pounding headache, barely able to get up. Then lingering dental pain kicked in and made everything worse, triggering a full-body fibromyalgia flare that’s honestly unbearable.

Today, I can’t get out of bed without help. I had plans laundry to do, hair to wash, and a Zoom meeting where I wanted to be visually present.

But with chronic illness, I don’t always have the luxury of planning, even for the things I want to do most.

This video and this page are about awareness. People often ask what it’s really like...so here it is, unfiltered and real.

However just like days before Jehovah will get me through and there will be better days..🫶🏾✌🏾

Omg, yall know I'm a skincare enthusiast. I live my my whipped body butter. I had to make me some today scented with Vanilla Bean as I ran out yesterday. IF I do say so myself- best body butter ever and I only use top-notch natural ingredients.

The body buter is so luxurious and soaks in my skin😌... soft, hydrated, and supple.☺️ I love it so much scented with one of my favorite scents, vanilla bean...I smells great and now in my nice cozy bed. I'm aching, praying that I'll get some sleep. 💤
