✨ Updated Scheduling & Cancellation Policy ✨

⭐️To better serve all of my clients and protect appointment availability, I will be enforcing the following scheduling policy effective immediately.

📌A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules.

📌Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

📌No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

📌 Major service changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may also be subject to a cancellation fee.

📌Frequent rescheduling will also result in deposits to book following appointment.

‼️Please note that removing color services, highlights, balayage, or other extended services from an appointment while keeping only a haircut or smaller service is considered a major service change. Time is reserved specifically for the services booked, and last-minute reductions often leave appointment time that cannot be filled.

‼️As many of you know, I send appointment reminders 72 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. These reminders are intended to provide ample notice for any scheduling conflicts that may arise.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and those will always be handled with understanding on a case-by-case basis.

If you haven’t made your appointments, I would recommend doing so now✨. The next available is now the second week of June, and the next available Saturday is July 11th!! I also strongly recommend booking out your next two appointments as my books get full quickly. I want to make sure I can get each of you in, but the wait is much longer now. Thank you so much! ☺️

Good morning, sweet friends! A friendly Christmas reminder… Please let me know ahead of time if you are needing to cancel part of your appointment. It’s a large amount of time that I have blocked out for you and I need more notice than usual, as it is Christmas and I have a large waitlist. It is greatly appreciated and if you know that you have an appointment on the books in the next two weeks and you won’t be able to make it, please let me know as soon as possible.
