• Hot baths, hot tubs, and saunas
• Intense workouts or anything that causes excessive sweating
• Swimming pools and the beach
• Tight clothing that can cause friction
• Direct sun exposure or tanning
• Exfoliating the waxed area
• Heavily fragranced lotions or products
