In a perfect world, we would do a full face dissolve, but this isn’t always financially and emotionally feasible.

I really believe that’s what separates one injector from the next.

The patient presents with a concern (destination)
The injector formulates a plan to get you there (route)

If there’s no plan, you might end up somewhere you dont want to be🤷🏻‍♀️

Avoid injectors who inject an area in isolation. One area affects everything else (think Tetris🕹️ or the 🦋 effect)

And injectors seem to be a dime a dozen now.

The patient’s main complaint was heaviness to her lower face.

We could get some improvement with filler to redirect our attention to the upper face. But sometimes we just don’t need more volume.

What we can do is REPOSITION your existing volume👏👏
👀Just look at her jowls (white arrows slide 2)
AND the improved definition to her chin!

Another great way to see the improvement is from the half-time photo. Treated vs non-treated (slide 3)
