We have our own CNC machines, Laser Cutters, Press Breaks, Shear, Tubing Benders, Welders, etc. at our manufacturing facility so that we can make sure you get the very best part at a very affordable price. We strive to stay on top of the ever changing O.E.M. Our newest addition is our line of lifting suspension that has already impressed & amazed some of the most experienced in the industry. It is a huge compliment when a customer removes another brand to install our brand (& of course loves it!!). Customers have been very impressed with how easy our parts install, holes line up with factory holes, factory alignment & geometry are maintained, & the vehicle rides great!

It’s simple: our 4-lift maintains all the factory geometry and doesn’t jeopardize suspension travel. Pair that with our in-house-built, valved-specifically M84 shocks, and you will once again have faith that a 2500HD can ride like it was supposed to.
Leveling kits are not bad if you stay within 2". Go beyond that, you’re just sacrificing droop travel for ride height. Droop travel is the amount the suspension travels down (droops) from static ride height.

Let’s chat about AT4X/ZR2 2500HDs.
GM got smart and made its own front “Leveling” kit for these 2024 to 2026 AT4X/ZR2 HD model trucks. Correct, the truck is not “Level” from the factory due to GM adding a rear 1.5” block for height in the rear.
As many know, you can’t keep cranking the front factory suspension to the moon because it doesn’t have enough travel. Anytime you “crank up” the torsion bars, you add preload that stiffens the front end, and you trade droop travel for ride height, which makes the suspension lock out sooner and feel harsher. Essentially, binding up the suspension. This is why “Leveling” kits have a small winder before they start working against the front suspension geometry and cause more wear and a harsher ride.
Our McGaughys 4” Premium Lift for the AT4X/ZR2 2500HD’s will add 2” more lift to the factory 2” for a total of 4” of ride height. This design will then put all the suspension geometry back to a factory-standard 2500HD front end (3” of droop travel) and will improve the ride quality and drivability of your truck considerably.
Wait, there is more! When you combine our McGaughys Upper Control Arms with our McGaughys 4” Premium lift, you will get a total of 4” of droop travel. Even better ride quality with the enhanced droop travel.
