The first Enchanted Nails was a nail salon established in the 80’s by owner Frances Gurule in Fresno Ca.
Was also one of the first all nail salons later adding hair, permanent cosmetics and small tattoos for women by her daughter Rochelle .
Now I see a lot of “Enchanted Nails” here on Facebook, there was no social media when she started .
Had to market by word of mouth and flyers we would pass out at the Manchester Mall.
That’s almost gone now too !
Fran still does permanent cosmetics and you could ask for prices here and by a dm. ⬇️🧚‍♂️⬇️
