A question we get from time to time is why our prices are what they are, and why we’re often booked weeks in advance.

The answer is simple: we choose quality over cutting corners every single time.

The products we use aren’t the cheapest option. In fact, some of our structured gels cost over $100 for one jar alone. We invest in high-quality products because they perform better, last longer, and are products we genuinely trust on our clients.There are many products on the market that contain ingredients associated with an increased risk of developing nail allergies and other potential health concerns. That’s why every product that makes it into our salon is something we’ve thoroughly researched and genuinely believe in. We aren’t interested in using the cheapest option… we’re interested in using products we’d feel confident using on our own friends and family. Your long-term nail health and safety will always come before cutting costs.

Beyond that, we’ve invested thousands of dollars into continuing education. We’ve traveled for classes, brought educators from other states into our salon to train our team, and we’re constantly learning because this industry is always evolving. We believe our clients deserve artists who never stop improving.

Could we save money by buying cheaper products or skipping education? Absolutely. But that’s never been who we are!

At the same time, we don’t believe we’re as “expensive” as people sometimes think. Most appointments at MW Nails & Spa are between $50 and $90. When you consider the quality of the products, the experience, and the education behind every service, we truly believe that’s an investment worth making.

One thing we’ve also heard over the years is that we’re “impossible to get into.” The truth is, we’re incredibly grateful that our schedule stays so full. While that can sometimes mean booking a few weeks to even months in advance, it also means we have to protect the time that our clients reserve. That’s why we have policies around cancellations and no-shows. When someone misses an appointment or cancels at the last minute, it’s time that was set aside just for them, and time another client would have gladly taken.

None of our policies are meant to make booking difficult. They’re simply there to protect our team’s time, our business, and the clients who plan ahead.

We’re so thankful for every person who chooses to support our salon. Your trust allows us to keep investing in better education, better products, and an even better experience every time you walk through our doors.

Our goal has never been to be the cheapest salon in town. Our goal has always been to be the salon you never have to second-guess.
