When an appointment is canceled last minute, it often means another client who wanted that spot didn’t get the opportunity to book it.

Giving as much notice as possible allows someone else to grab that opening, keeps appointment times available, and helps make scheduling fair for everyone.

This is why I have a cancellation policy in place and have to enforce it. It’s not meant to be harsh or make anyone feel bad. It’s there to protect the time I’ve reserved specifically for you, while also allowing me to keep doing what I love and running a sustainable business.

Sugar So Chic is moving to a new location in Fremont! 🤍

Over the last few months, I’ve been balancing surgery recovery while also pouring my heart into creating a space that feels more elevated, comfortable, and welcoming for all of you. There have been lots of late nights, decisions, painting, decorating, and planning, but I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter.

Now, if you’ve ever tackled a move or a renovation, you know things don’t always go exactly according to plan. The new space may not be 100% finished by move-in day, but that’s okay. This dream has been too exciting to keep waiting on, and I’ll continue adding the finishing touches as I go. ✨

This move is more than just a new space…it’s growth, new opportunities, and a chance to continue providing the services you love in a beautiful new environment.
