Meet MBA Trustee Matthew Cohen, Esq., the CEO of Two Rivers Title Company and partner at Cohen Howard LLP

Matthew Cohen, Esq. is the CEO of Two Rivers Title Company, a multi-state title and escrow company and a partner at Cohen Howard LLP, a boutique law firm representing medical professionals to maximize their out of network claim reimbursements. Earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Finance from Rutgers University and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, Matthew has been a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars for over 30 years. Matthew is the Section Chair for the New Jersey State Bar Association Board of Consultors Real Property Trusts and Estates Section which advises the State Legislature on proposed bills. He is also a long-time member of the American Land Title Association and the Monmouth County Association of Realtors. Matthew is passionate about his community and currently serves as the President of the Board of the Monmouth Conservation Foundation and a Trustee on the Board of STEAMpark, INC., which provides educational-based programming for at-risk children.

Tuesday Trustee Day! Meet MBA Trustee Nicole A. Benis, Esq. of Ansell Grimm and Aaron, P.C. Nicole is an associate in Ansell Grimm & Aaron’s litigation department. She devotes her practice to complex commercial and civil litigation and bankruptcy matters. Before joining Ansell Grimm and Aaron, Nicole was an associate with an established Monmouth County firm focusing her practice on employment litigation and counseling, municipal law, and commercial litigation. In 2026, Nicole was included in the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America. Since 2025, Ms. Benis has served as the Co-Chair of the Monmouth Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Committee.
