Sarah McPherson Nail Care
This is a mobile service, in the privacy of your own home. I offer Pedicures, Cut and Files, Gel polish manicures.

My services accommodate and focus on those with Diabetes, chemo therapy-related sensitivities, and bed-ridden or elderly individuals. For these types of clients, I have adapted my services and offer "dry" manicures and pedicures, when necessary. I hold a Bachelor's of Science from Old Dominion University in Human Services, and am licensed by the DPOR in Virginia since 2004. Providing a safe, relaxing treatment to each client is of the utmost importance to me. I have been licensed and working in the Fredericksburg area for over 15 years. I am currently not taking new clients, but I am adding to my waitlist on a case by case basis. Please call or text if you are interested in becoming a client.

When youโ€™re so busy, your best friend goes somewhere else for her pedicure...and it looks like a child painted her nails-so you bust out the polish! Not only should your toes be well-painted, your nail tech should also recommend colors that compliment your skin tone! This watery green/yellow did nothing to show off her tan!

After a full month of being shut down for quarantine, I have decided to resume my mobile appointments. I know that each person has their own concerns and level of comfort/discomfort when it comes to this virus situation, so I am letting each person decide for themselves when is the appropriate time to resume their nail care. I am flexible and I completely understand that the hysteria and fear have become their own sort of virus, and so I urge each of my clients to contact me when You are feeling ready, no sooner. The governorโ€™s shut down did state that in-home services like these are perfectly allowed. I would love to see each of you, and i have definitely missed you!!! ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š take care, and I look forward to hearing from you ๐Ÿ˜

Hello everyone,
With the governor tightening the rules on us again today, I consulted with the team of physicians I have had the closest professional relationship with over the years, and they have advised me to stop working until May 1st. I will consult with them again at that time and then decide how to proceed. If you are in any pain or have something arise, please go see your podiatrist. I am so sorry for this, but I do not want to jeopardize anyoneโ€™s health and I do think that this is the best thing for everyone. If you need the name of a reputable physician, I would be happy to pass along the contact information of the ones I trust most in the Fredericksburg area. Thank you all for your continued support, please take care. ๐Ÿ’›

Good morning to all! The new fall colors are making their way onto my clientsโ€™ toes! This one is my favorite-โ€œNessie plays hide and sea-kโ€. A dark teal with beautiful, rainbow shimmer. I have expanded my hours, and my book is a little less crowded than months past! Iโ€™m so excited to be better able to accommodate my clients! ๐Ÿ’š
