A little look at some things I’ve been tattooing lately ✨

Small tattoos, lots of learning, and slowly finding my rhythm one piece at a time. It’s been really fun getting to stretch a completely different creative muscle outside of cosmetic tattooing, and I’m very excited to see where this side of tattooing takes me.

One thing this career has taught me: never say never. Tattooing constantly keeps me on my toes wondering what’s coming next, and I’ve honestly fallen in love with that. The learning never really stops.

I also don’t think I could’ve asked for a better environment to learn in. Being surrounded every day by multiple incredibly talented tattoo artists- all with different styles, strengths, and years of knowledge to learn from, has given me such an upper hand from the jump. There’s always someone to ask, something to watch, or a different perspective to learn from. It makes me really grateful that my journey into this side of tattooing has looked the way it has. 🥹

Forever grateful for everyone who’s trusted me with some skin while I learn and make my way into the other side of tattooing. 🤍

The “beauty tax” isn’t always money. Sometimes it’s the 5–10 minutes you spend doing the same little things every. single. morning.

Filling in your brows.
Checking your lip color.
Redoing the liner that looked better on the other eye. 😅

None of it is that difficult.

It’s just constant.

And that’s really what I want good permanent makeup to take off your plate — not makeup itself, and definitely not your ability to switch up your look.

Just the repetitive part.

Brows already have shape. Lips already have color. Your lash line already has definition.

Then you get to decide how much more you feel like doing that day… if anything. 🤍

The goal was never to never wear makeup again.

It’s needing less of it to still feel like you.

No work in this one. No brows, no lips, no tattoos, no educational moment 😂 just a bunch of people, places & little pieces of life that I love very, very much.

I spend so much of my life thinking about work, talking about work, planning what’s next for work… and I wouldn’t have it any other way. But damn, I’ve got a pretty good life outside of it too.
