🏃 When Is It Safe to Exercise After Laser?
A few days ago, I shared two photos of myself 19 years apart. Many of you asked what I’ve done over the years. The answer isn’t one treatment…it’s consistency. Daily sun protection, medical-grade skincare, healthy habits, and choosing treatments that stimulate collagen when the time is right.

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that you have to do a lot to age well. In reality, it’s often the opposite.
