The Altar Space, Massage with Jennifer Gamertsfelder

My TMJ release sessions are now available for booking!

I'm really excited to share this work, it's fascinating, effective, and the missing piece for a lot of my clients.

So much of our stress is held in our jaws and there are limited options for treatment. This intra-oral neuromuscular technique is unique in approach to my other work, but stands on its own with it's results.

My booking site is linked in the comments!

Cooler mornings are finally back 🌬️🍃🍂

My Synergy Stone hot stones have been waiting for this moment. They are in the warmer and ready. These kiln-fired stones are shaped to better work with the body 🌀

It's a milestone month for me 🌙

The beginning of August not only marks 6 years of The Altar Space, but it also marks a quieter and more meaningful anniversary. From here on, I will have spent more days working for myself than working for others, providing massage therapy.

Thank you to every single client, co-worker, mentor, friend and family member who has supported me 🌱

An up close look at the work I am doing with my newest set of tools by 🩷

Cupping helps by decompressing the adhesions formed between muscle tissue and fascia, an entirely different approach than the compression that comes with swedish and deep tissue massage.
You get fascial release, and increased circulation and blood flow. Bonus, with these cups you get heart shaped cup kisses compared to regular circular cups. Marks can last up to a week 🩷

Thank you .creates for these wonderful photos 📸
And my beautiful model .with.ava who is the acupuncture to my massage 🪡

YES couples massage sessions are officially available 💘 and not just for Valentines Day 💘

Appointments take place in an adjacent office in my building. This session was just the other week with Melody at .llc

You can message me directly to set up a session 💕💕💕

New offerings ‼️‼️‼️

I have some new tools of the trade I've been working into my practice. All of these offerings are included at no extra charge and are seamlessly incorporated to my current massage.

SYNGERY STONES 🌀 hot kiln-fired stones thoughtfully designed to work knots and work with the body. These are kept in my hot towel warmer and used warm. They feel incredible!!! These are not your typical hot stones.

SILICONE MASSAGE CUPS ☕️ a great approach to adhesions and/or stiffness in the muscle tissue. These cups pull apart and decompress layers of muscle/fascia/connective tissue vs. compression, which you experience with typical Swedish massage.

HOT TOWEL SERVICE ♨️ this is just luxurious. But there are numerous applications, from cold feet and hands to hot essential-oil towels for congestion while laying face down. You'll notice several upgrades during your session.

I'm so excited to share all this with my community and treat you all. I hope to see you soon 🙌❤️🙌

Thank you to everyone who came out on Sunday for Energy and Insight at
And thank you to my amazing and beautiful, inside and out, co-host
It was beautiful to hold space for everyone and lead such a restorative and radically relaxing event, and to be able to sit in such incredible community 🌷📿
If you missed it, we hope you join us again when we host in May ✨️

I'm very excited and honored to be sharing in this unique event with at later this month ✨️

There's only 1 spot left as of today, and we are keeping the gathering very intimate. My intuition tells me there might be a few others meant to join, but the group won't grow larger than 15.
I'm really looking forward to this shared experience, and the messages waiting for us 💫

Hope to see you there 💖

An ancestral work of art (they were present), using a quilting pattern from my grandmother's quilting books. This work came through from my conscious creative connection invocation, which I developed in class. A creative revolution followed, and I learned how my creative process and different aspects of my life are woven together 🪡✨

I am making prints for my classmates if anyone else is interested!
