If somehow we haven’t told you yet… Tina is moving to Florida🥹

We are SO sad to see her go, but couldn’t be happier for her and her family. And I don’t even know where to begin with what this girl means to all of us. No one is more loved than her. She is everything to everyone. She truly does it all, and somehow does it with a smile.

She’s the greatest friend I could ever ask for. She has stood by my side through every up and down over the last 15 years, and her loyalty is unmatched. Every single time I have ever been down, she has lifted me back up.

And when it comes to Splash… I don’t even have the words. Kristina has been one of the most instrumental parts of building Splash into what it is today and has far exceeded anything I could have ever dreamed of in an esthetician and teammate. The talent. The dedication. The love she has for her clients, her coworkers, and everything about Splash. She has poured so much of herself into this place, and I will never be able to thank her enough for it.

I wish I could put all of this into better words, but I’m bawling trying to find them. 😭 And don’t worry, I’ll probably post about this a thousand more times because it’s getting WAY too real.

Kristina, your presence will be missed beyond measure, but we will always make you proud. And I just know someday, somehow, we’ll be back together again. Even if I have to fly to Florida and open another salon. 😂💓
