It’s been a while since I’ve seen this beauty, and today was her very first visit to my new location! 💙
It was so good catching up while helping her unwind with a deep tissue massage. I’m always grateful when clients continue to trust me with their health and wellness, no matter how much time has passed.

I had the opportunity to work on my 17-year-old nephew yesterday, and I couldn’t be prouder of the young man he’s becoming. He’s an incredibly kind, respectful, and talented baseball player who gives everything he has to the game.
We focused on his upper body since he catches, throws, and plays at a very high level. Taking care of your body early is one of the smartest investments an athlete can make, and I’m so glad he’s already on the right path. Recovery, mobility, and injury prevention are just as important as the hours spent practicing.
Keep putting in the work, kid. Your dedication on and off the field is going to take you far. ❤️⚾
