In this treatment, we addressed the full face and neck to soften lines, reduce visible platysmal neck bands, and improve the appearance of the lower face and jawline.

The neck is often overlooked, but the platysma muscle can create prominent vertical bands and contribute to downward pull through the lower face over time. By strategically treating those bands, we can create what is often called a Nefertiti neck lift, a non-surgical approach designed to soften neck banding and create a more refreshed, lifted appearance.

Is it the same as a surgical neck lift? No. But for the right patient, the improvement can be dramatic.
