Tonight I had the incredible opportunity to attend the SalonCentric SPARK New Partner VIP Dinner in Indianapolis—an intimate evening centered around connection, education, innovation, business growth, and the future of our industry alongside SalonCentric and L’Oréal Professionnel Products Division.

After 14 years behind the chair, I still believe so deeply in continuing to learn, evolve, ask questions, and never become comfortable staying in one place. I’m incredibly grateful to have been invited into a room like this and to connect with people who are equally passionate about where our industry is headed.

So thankful for the relationships, education, and opportunities that continue to shape my career—and especially grateful for the people who see something in what I’m building and continue to open doors for me.

We created this customized lived-in blonde with a full teasy-light foil, keeping plenty of brightness around her face while adding just enough depth at the root for a soft, seamless grow-out.

A customized global gloss brought everything together with the perfect tone + shine, followed by a fresh signature cut and blowout to add movement and bring her entire look back to life.

One of my favorite things about lived-in color is that it can still feel bright and blonde while giving you softness, dimension, and a more effortless grow-out between appointments.
