☘️After four days of ScarWork training, I came home with a lot to think about.
I went into this training thinking I’d learn how to work with scars.
What I learned was so much bigger than that.
A scar may be in one place, but its effects can reach much farther.
Sometimes you may notice that your body doesn’t move quite the way it used to.
Maybe something feels tight, restricted, or uncomfortable.
Maybe you feel tension in an area that seems completely unrelated to where your scar is.
Maybe you’ve learned to move differently without even realizing it.
And sometimes, you just know that something doesn’t feel right.
That really made me stop and think.
I came home realizing that there can be so much more to a scar than what we see on the surface.
I’m still processing everything I learned during these four days, but I’m excited to bring this new perspective into my work.
One training is finished… and a whole new chapter is beginning. 🤍
