Breathe slowly
Right now
in this moment
You are choosing a new version of yourself
I am not my past
I am not my pain
I am not the story I keep telling myself
I am new
I am here
I am choosing again
Right now
I am worthy of love
I am worthy of peace
I am worthy of everything good
Come to me...

This little guy was found on the side of the road, possibly hit by a car. He's 1 lb big, maybe 6 weeks old, with a lot of spirit. He had surgery to amputate his leg and fix his chin. He's only been here for a short while but we hope we can stop the hardships that he has endured, and live a happy, long life. If you're able to support him by sharing or donating towards his $1500 surgery, we'd sure appreciate it. Thank you 🥰 🙏

I took a little walk today. I have been looking for signs that my sister is still with me. On my walk, I saw this milk thistle flower and snapped a shot of it, capturing the bee on top. Missy's favorite color was purple, which is what first drew my attention. Missy died of liver failure. Medicinally, milk thistle is known for its protection for the liver. Milk thistle's spiritual symbolism is multifaceted, representing protection, inner strength, and the human capacity for healing and forgiveness. Its association with rebirth and renewal can show us that adversity can be a catalyst for personal growth and transformation. Bees, with their highly social nature and remarkable industry, embody the values of teamwork, generosity, and fertility, inspiring us to cultivate these qualities in our own lives.

Thank you, my sister, for still bee-ing around. ❤️🪻🐝

I'm currently on a retreat. The theme is, "Be Your Own Shaman". I booked this retreat back in February. When my sister passed, I thought it was terrible timing to do this, but I also knew I really needed it more than ever. So I'm here. I'm processing my emotions, talking with my sister, and feeling her presence at times. Today, after one of our group sessions, I saw these cards on the table and picked one. The message was perfect for me.

Everyone in your life is a 'practice person.'

How you react to them allows you to see what you have to work on within yourself. ❤

Pause.
Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in through your nose. Exhale gently through your mouth.

Say silently:
“I am not this moment. I am the calm observer of this moment.”

Some of you may know my little sister, Missy Masden Kidd, as she worked with me at Essential Elements a little while back. I'm so incredibly sad to share she has passed away 😢 💔
