🏡 RENTAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS OPEN TODAY — OCTOBER 1, 2026! 💜

If you or someone you know is struggling with rent, assistance may be available for eligible families in Crawford or Sebastian County.

✅ Pre-screening begins October 1, 2026
✅ Must meet low-income guidelines based on household size
✅ Must have an official sheriff’s eviction notice OR an approved rental application
✅ Assistance requested cannot exceed $1,000
✅ Applications are handled on a first come, first served basis

📌 If more than $1,000 is owed, proof will be required showing how the remaining balance will be covered.

Students in eligible **barber programs** can apply for the Spring 2027 Degree Program Scholarship.

Additional scholarship opportunities may also be available through the **Credentialing & Workforce Development (CWD) Scholarship** for qualifying manicuring, esthetics, and instructor programs.

Constitution Day at DeSigner Barber Academy

Barber education is about more than learning technical skills. In recognition of Constitution Day, our students are exploring how the U.S. Constitution, individual rights, responsibilities, and our system of government connect to the laws and regulations that help shape the barber profession.

Today’s lesson includes discussions about:

• Professional responsibilities
• The role of laws and government in the barber industry
