Starting in October 🎃, just as the seasons are shifting, so is my teaching schedule. 🍂 I am offering two days a week now, Wednesdays at 11am we will be having Vin-Yin Yoga where we flow and then wind down together (much different than traditional yin) and Sundays will stay my Yin Yoga day with class moving to 12pm. There will still be occasional evening opportunities, but due to my desire for a consistent class schedule and the fact that I work another job in the evenings five days a week, things are changing around here. I hope to still be able to see you in class. 🫶🏼
