The SoHo Suites

As if we needed another reason to celebrate coffee… ☕️🤎

Happy International Coffee Day from The SoHo Suites!

Because a little caffeine before (or after 😉) your self-care appointment just makes sense 🤍🤍

Today, our little corner of Fort Smith is thinking PINK. 🎀

Breast cancer has touched the lives of so many women and families in our community. Today we honor the strength, courage, and stories behind the pink ribbon.

Sending extra love from all of us at The SoHo Suites. 💗

The easiest way to gift a little relaxation from anywhere. 🤍

💳 “Why do small businesses require a card on file to book?” 💳

When you book an appointment, we’re reserving that specific block of time just for you. Depending on the service, that may be 60, 90, or even 120 minutes that we’re unable to offer to another client.

A card on file helps protect that time in the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show and allows us to actually enforce the cancellation policy agreed to when the appointment is booked.

It’s not an extra charge, and simply having a card on file does not mean you’ll be charged for your service ahead of time. It’s there to secure the reservation and protect the provider’s time. 🤍

For small appointment-based businesses, our time quite literally is our inventory.

So when you see that little “card required to book” screen, that’s why. 🫶🏼
